Pengertian INOVASI
Robbins (1994) : inovasi adalah suatu GAGASAN BARU yang diterapkan untuk
memprakarsai atau MEMPERBAIKI suatu PRODUK
ATAU PROSES DAN JASA.

1. GAGASAN BARU : suatu olah pikir suatu olah pikir dalam
mengamati suatu fenomena yang sedang terjadi
2. PRODUK DAN JASA : hasil tindak lanjut dari adanya
gagasan
baru
dengan
berbagai
aktivitas, kajian, penelitian dan percobaan sehingga
melahirkan konsep yang lebih konkret dalam bentuk
produk dan jasa yang siap dikembangkan dan
dimplementasikan
3. PERBAIKAN : usaha sistematis untuk
melakukan penyempurnaan dan melakukan
perbaikan (improvement) yang terus menerus
sehingga buah inovasi itu dapat dirasakan

1. INOVASI PROSES: penyederhanaan proses kerja dalam kegiatan operasionalnya untuk
memperoleh efisiensi, atau menemukan proses yang sama sekali baru dengan dengan
meninggalkan proses operasi yang lama demi membuat loncatan dalam pencapaian
hasil kerja organisasi. >> Contoh : PSB Online, Assessment online dengan web sekolah

2. INOVASI METODE: mengubah yang lama dengan metode yang lebih inovatif seperti
pembelajaran

(outward looking)
6. INOVASI MINDSET: perubahan pola pikir yang akan menentukan tindakan apa yang
kita ambil dalam menghadapi permasalahan
7. INOVASI PRODUK: inovasi yang menghasikan produk yang sesuai dengan keinginan
konsumen, dalam dunia pendidikan konsumen utama kita adalah siswa serta wali siswa
8. INOVASI PELAYANAN: inovasi yang berperan penting dalam pemasaran terhadap
produk dan jasa. Misalnya suatu sekolah sudah mentasbihkan diri sebagai sekolah
berstandar mutu ISO, maka keberhasilannya adalah bergantung bagaimana pelayanan
yang dilakukan, lebih baik atau sama saja sebelum berstandar ISO.

 Merupakan sekolah pinggiran
 Kondisi siswa kebanyakan dengan latar belakang kurang mampu secara
ekonomi
 Kebanyakan siswa tinggal tidak bersama orang tua dan hanya dititipkan
keluarganya
 Sering ditemui siswa dalam kondisi tidak siap untuk belajar karena datang ke
sekolah dengan membawa masalah dari rumah
 Siswa kurang berminat untuk melanjutkan kuliah karena alasan ekonomi
 Melihat perkembangan dan kebutuhan masyarakat akan lulusan yang siap
kerja maka pihak sekolah pernah melakukan upaya alih status dari SMA
menjadi SMK namun tidak disetujui Dinas Pendidikan. (Di kecamatan Patuk
ada 2 sekolah menengah tingkat atas yaitu SMAN 1 Patuk dan SMK Muh
Patuk)
Gambaran Umum
 Gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah bersifat PATERNALISTIK
(kepemimpinan yang mengayomi bawahan)
Walaupun gaya kepemimpinan cenderung berhati-hati akan tetapi
mampu memberikan hasil yang positif.
Salah satu contoh :
ada tahun 2009-2010 rata-rata nilai UN siswa SMAN 1 Patuk berada
pada peringkat 10 dari 11 sekolah negeri di Kabupaten Gunungkidul
Pada tahun 2011-2012 rata-rata nilai UN siswa meningkat pada
peringkat 5 dari 11 sekolah negeri di Kabupaten Gunungkidul
Dan yang paling terakhir nilai try out UN 2013 menduduki peringkat 3
dari 11 sekolah negeri di Kabupaten Gunungkidul

PERINGKAT SEKOLAH
Inovasi yang dilakukan SEKOLAH
1. Bidang kurikulum
 Pihak sekolah melakukan modifikasi kurikulum dengan memberikan
muatan lokal berupa keterampilan dalam bidang tertentu dengan
tujuan memberikan skill pada siswa sehingga jika tidak melanjutkan
kuliah mereka dapat membuka usaha sendiri. Adapun bidang tersebut
meliputi:
• Otomotif
• Tata Busana
• Tata Boga
• Teknisi Komputer
Agar hasilnya diakui pihak luar, maka siswa diberi sertifikat oleh
lembaga seperti BLK Gunungkidul dan lembaga lainnya sesuai
keterampilan yang diambil
 Dalam hal pembelajaran, Pihak sekolah memberikan waktu konsultasi
kepada siswa sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diberikan.
Inovasi yang dilakukan SEKOLAH
2. Bidang kesiswaan
Pihak sekolah memberlakukan sistem kredit point bagi siswa yang
melanggar kedisiplinan di sekolah.
Bentuk
pelanggaran
antara
lain
:
bolos
sekolah, terlambat, merokok, membawa narkoba maupun konten porno
dan lain-lain.
Sistem ini berpengaruh juga terhadap kenaikan kelas siswa. Apabila poin
siswa melebihi 90 poin maka siswa tidak naik kelas.
Pihak sekolah memberi kesempatan siswa untuk pengurangan poin dengan
istilah memberi reward sehingga akumulasi poin pelanggaran siswa dapat
berkurang. Adapun bentuk reward antara lain: me-resume
buku, membersihkan lingkungan sekolah, menulis surat dalam Alquran
(bagi yang beragama Islam) dan jika berprestasi dalam bidang tertentu
misal olahraga, kesenian atau olimpade dan sebagainya juga dapat
mengurangi poin pelanggaran.

3. Bidang ekstrakurikuler
Pihak sekolah menyelenggarakan kegiatan ekstra kurikuler sesuai minat
siswa.
Adapun
kegiatan
ekstrakurikuler
meliputi
olahraga
(basket, sepakbola, kempo, bola voli), mading sekolah, seni kaligrafi, drama
berbahasa Jawa, dan English club.
Dan beberapa siswa telah mengikuti lomba ditingkat kabupaten maupun
propinsi seperti Kejuaraan Kempo, Lomba Mading Sekolah tingkat propinsi
DIY.

1. Latar Belakang
•
Visi sekolah : “Unggul dalam IMTAQ dan IPTEK, terampil,
mandiri, dan bertanggungjawab“.
• Adanya kebijakan 70 : 30 antara SMK dan SMA, menyebabkan
sekolah hampir kehabisan murid, sehingga sekolah harus
survive dan menciptakan Competitive Advantage agar mampu
bersaing melawan kompetitor yang ada.
2. Hasil Observasi
Pengembangan kurikulum oleh sekolah dengan memberikan
muatan
lokal
berupa
keterampilan/life
skill
yaitu
otomotif, teknisis komputer, tata boga, dan tata busana

3. Usulan Inovasi: “ STRATEGI DIFFERENSIASI DENGAN
MELAKUKAN ADOPSI SISTEM SMK “
• Memberikan mata pelajaran muatan lokal Kewirausahaan pada
siswa sebagai bekal entrepreneurship
• Membentuk wadah BKK (Bursa Kerja Khusus) sebagai fasilitator
pemasaran lulusan sekolah dengan penanggungjawab Humas
dan guru BK
• Membakukan kurikulum implementasi yang diketahui oleh
Dinas Pendidikan
• Membuat sebuah modul untuk kurikulum yang termodifikasi
• Bekerjasama dengan SMK terdekat dan mendatangkan mentor
BLPT untuk men-training guru keterampilan

INOVASI PRODUK
1. Latar Belakang
SMAN 1 Patuk merupakan sekolah pinggiran dengan input siswa
yang banyak mempunyai bakat terutama dalam bidang seni
seperti seni tari, seni campursari, seni kaligrafi, topeng, batik dan
lainya.
2. Hasil Observasi
Sekolah mengembangkan bakat siswa dalam bidang seni melalui
mata pelajaran kesenian dan estrakurikuler yang kemudian hasil
kreasi siswa tersebut ditampilkan dalam gelar karya saat acara
Purna Siswa. Disamping itu adanya kerajinan topeng di Bubung
yang sudah diekspor

INOVASI PRODUK
DEFINISI :
Talent Pool Management merupakan sebuah proses untuk mengidentifikasi para
karyawan perusahaan yang memiliki kapabilitas untuk menjadi
futureleaders/senior managers. Dalam organisasi sekolah khususnya SMA 1
Patuk merupakan proses identifikasi siswa, guru maupun karyawan yang
memiliki kapabilitas/bakat seni untuk menjadi seorang entertaint.
LANGKAH-LANGKAH YANG DILAKUKAN
• Mengidentifikasi kemampuan apa yang penting untuk mendukung
keberhasilan organisasi secara jangka panjang?
• Melihat posisi-posisi apa yang kritikal dalam organisasi yang dituntut untuk
memiliki kemampuan atau kompetensi
• Mengidentifikasi orang-orang yang potensial untuk dikembangkan
mengemban peran dan tanggung jawab posisi kritikal tadi
• Menyusun dan menyiapkan program pengembangan khusus bagi calon
pemimpin masa depan yang ada dalam talent pool tersebut

3. Usulan Inovasi: “ TALENT POOL UNTUK MENCIPTAKAN
COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE “
• Membuat talent pool yang berisikan kumpulan dari siswa-siswa yang
berbakat dalam
bidang seni, DENGAN NAMA SMATUPA ART
COMMUNITIES.
• Manfaat dibentuknya talent pool antara lain:
 Secara akademis >> anak-anak yang mempunyai bakat, dimanajemeni
untuk disalurkan bakatnya dalam lomba-lomba dan prestasi agar
mempunyai prestasi dan bisa masuk PTN dengan beasiswa prestasi atau
beasiswa minat bakat
 Secara kewirausahaan >> dikelola sekolah agar anak-anak berbakat seni
tersebut bisa menjadi entertainer yang menjual dengan harapan ketika
lulus sudah memiliki link dengan pihak eksternal
• Implementasi :
Dikelola oleh guru kesenian, pembina ekstra kurikuler dan humas sebagai
fasilitator pemasaran
INOVASI PELAYANAN
1. Latar Belakang
SMAN 1 Patuk mendapat bantuan server dari BTKP Prop.DIY
yang belum optimal digunakan, sehingga dalam usulan inovasi ini
kami mengajukan untuk mengembangkannya untuk menyatukan
fungsi2 dalam organisasi sekolah sehingga menjadi terintegrasi
sehingga akses data menjadi mudah diakses.

Keterbatasan sumberdaya yang mengelola sistem informasi
sementara jaringan infrastruktur sudah ada.
Data-data dalam fungsi-fungsi organisasi masih parsial sehingga
untuk mendapatkan data harus menghubungi bagian-bagian
tersebut.

3. Usulan Inovasi: SISTEM INFORMASI MANAGEMEN TERINTEGRASI

SEBAGAI WUJUD PELAYANAN MENUJU KEPUASAN
PELANGGAN

• Mengangkat admin yang diberi SK dan menyiapkan anggaran dengan
memanfaatkan alumni
• Membenahi jaringan yang sudah ada kemudian mengintegrasikan
pada fungsi kepala sekolah, TU, kurikulum, perpustakaan, Humas
dan BKK, BP, Kesiswaan dan Sarpras.

Memfasilitasi inovasi dengan cara
mengeluarkan kebijakan/ regulasi yang

• Mengatur melalui SK / peraturan tentang

diklat, workshop yang mendukung konten

1. Untuk melakukan sebuah
inovasi, kita harus berpikir out
of the box
2. Jangan terpaku pada ketatnya
peraturan dan birokrasi yang
akan menghambat munculnya
sebuah inovasi tetapi dapat
mengubah tekanan menjadi
suatu kekuatan untuk berinovasi

  • 4. Pengertian INOVASI Robbins (1994) : inovasi adalah suatu GAGASAN BARU yang diterapkan untuk memprakarsai atau MEMPERBAIKI suatu PRODUK ATAU PROSES DAN JASA. 1. GAGASAN BARU : suatu olah pikir suatu olah pikir dalam mengamati suatu fenomena yang sedang terjadi 2. PRODUK DAN JASA : hasil tindak lanjut dari adanya gagasan baru dengan berbagai aktivitas, kajian, penelitian dan percobaan sehingga melahirkan konsep yang lebih konkret dalam bentuk produk dan jasa yang siap dikembangkan dan dimplementasikan 3. PERBAIKAN : usaha sistematis untuk melakukan penyempurnaan dan melakukan perbaikan (improvement) yang terus menerus sehingga buah inovasi itu dapat dirasakan manfaatnya Manajemen Kepengawasan Sekolah - MM UGM Diknas Angkatan II 2013

INOVASI PROSES: penyederhanaan proses kerja dalam kegiatan operasionalnya untuk memperoleh efisiensi, atau menemukan proses yang sama sekali baru dengan dengan meninggalkan proses operasi yang lama demi membuat loncatan dalam pencapaian hasil kerja organisasi. >> Contoh : PSB Online, Assessment online dengan web sekolah 2. INOVASI METODE: mengubah yang lama dengan metode yang lebih inovatif seperti pembelajaran Student Centered Learning (SCL) atau Pembelajaran Atraktif, Inovatif, Komunikatif, Efektif dan Menyenangkan (PAIKEM) 3. INOVASI STRUKTUR ORGANISASI: inovasi yang memungkinkan orang belajar dalam tim maupun antar tim (Team Learning) dengan membuat batas organisasi yang fleksibel dan tidak kaku, maka orang dapat berinteraksi dari satu unit ke unit lain, dan berbagi pengetahuan untuk menciptakan pengetahuan baru sebagai dasar sebuah inovasi 4. INOVASI HUBUNGAN: inovasi yang berhubungan dengan pihak luar dalam bentuk kemitraan

INOVASI STRATEGI: inovasi strategi dimana diharapkan suatu organisasi sekolah tidak hanya melihat dirinya sendiri (inward looking) tapi juga melihat kebutuhan dunia luar (outward looking) 6. INOVASI MINDSET: perubahan pola pikir yang akan menentukan tindakan apa yang kita ambil dalam menghadapi permasalahan 7. INOVASI PRODUK: inovasi yang menghasikan produk yang sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen, dalam dunia pendidikan konsumen utama kita adalah siswa serta wali siswa 8. INOVASI PELAYANAN: inovasi yang berperan penting dalam pemasaran terhadap produk dan jasa. Misalnya suatu sekolah sudah mentasbihkan diri sebagai sekolah berstandar mutu ISO, maka keberhasilannya adalah bergantung bagaimana pelayanan yang dilakukan, lebih baik atau sama saja sebelum berstandar ISO.

Meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang disiplin dan tertib, yang didukung oleh sarana-prasarana yang lengkap. 3. Menyelenggarakan pelatihan keterampilan pengembangan potensi. 4.   • 13. FAKTA YANG TERJADI Gambaran umum Apa yang dilakukan sekolah

Gambaran Umum  Merupakan sekolah pinggiran  Kondisi siswa kebanyakan dengan latar belakang kurang mampu secara ekonomi  Kebanyakan siswa tinggal tidak bersama orang tua dan hanya dititipkan keluarganya  Sering ditemui siswa dalam kondisi tidak siap untuk belajar karena datang ke sekolah dengan membawa masalah dari rumah  Siswa kurang berminat untuk melanjutkan kuliah karena alasan ekonomi  Melihat perkembangan dan kebutuhan masyarakat akan lulusan yang siap kerja maka pihak sekolah pernah melakukan upaya alih status dari SMA menjadi SMK namun tidak disetujui Dinas Pendidikan. (Di kecamatan Patuk ada 2 sekolah menengah tingkat atas yaitu SMAN 1 Patuk dan SMK Muh Patuk)

Gambaran Umum  Gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah bersifat PATERNALISTIK (kepemimpinan yang mengayomi bawahan) Walaupun gaya kepemimpinan cenderung berhati-hati akan tetapi mampu memberikan hasil yang positif. Salah satu contoh : ada tahun 2009-2010 rata-rata nilai UN siswa SMAN 1 Patuk berada pada peringkat 10 dari 11 sekolah negeri di Kabupaten Gunungkidul Pada tahun 2011-2012 rata-rata nilai UN siswa meningkat pada peringkat 5 dari 11 sekolah negeri di Kabupaten Gunungkidul Dan yang paling terakhir nilai try out UN 2013 menduduki peringkat 3 dari 11 sekolah negeri di Kabupaten Gunungkidul PERINGKAT SEKOLAH
  • 16. Inovasi yang dilakukan SEKOLAH 1. Bidang kurikulum  Pihak sekolah melakukan modifikasi kurikulum dengan memberikan muatan lokal berupa keterampilan dalam bidang tertentu dengan tujuan memberikan skill pada siswa sehingga jika tidak melanjutkan kuliah mereka dapat membuka usaha sendiri. Adapun bidang tersebut meliputi: • Otomotif • Tata Busana • Tata Boga • Teknisi Komputer Agar hasilnya diakui pihak luar, maka siswa diberi sertifikat oleh lembaga seperti BLK Gunungkidul dan lembaga lainnya sesuai keterampilan yang diambil  Dalam hal pembelajaran, Pihak sekolah memberikan waktu konsultasi kepada siswa sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diberikan.
  • 17. Inovasi yang dilakukan SEKOLAH 2. Bidang kesiswaan Pihak sekolah memberlakukan sistem kredit point bagi siswa yang melanggar kedisiplinan di sekolah. Bentuk pelanggaran antara lain : bolos sekolah, terlambat, merokok, membawa narkoba maupun konten porno dan lain-lain. Sistem ini berpengaruh juga terhadap kenaikan kelas siswa. Apabila poin siswa melebihi 90 poin maka siswa tidak naik kelas. Pihak sekolah memberi kesempatan siswa untuk pengurangan poin dengan istilah memberi reward sehingga akumulasi poin pelanggaran siswa dapat berkurang. Adapun bentuk reward antara lain: me-resume buku, membersihkan lingkungan sekolah, menulis surat dalam Alquran (bagi yang beragama Islam) dan jika berprestasi dalam bidang tertentu misal olahraga, kesenian atau olimpade dan sebagainya juga dapat mengurangi poin pelanggaran.
  • 18. Inovasi yang dilakukan SEKOLAH 3. Bidang ekstrakurikuler Pihak sekolah menyelenggarakan kegiatan ekstra kurikuler sesuai minat siswa. Adapun kegiatan ekstrakurikuler meliputi olahraga (basket, sepakbola, kempo, bola voli), mading sekolah, seni kaligrafi, drama berbahasa Jawa, dan English club. Dan beberapa siswa telah mengikuti lomba ditingkat kabupaten maupun propinsi seperti Kejuaraan Kempo, Lomba Mading Sekolah tingkat propinsi DIY.

Latar Belakang • Visi sekolah : “Unggul dalam IMTAQ dan IPTEK, terampil, mandiri, dan bertanggungjawab“. • Adanya kebijakan 70 : 30 antara SMK dan SMA, menyebabkan sekolah hampir kehabisan murid, sehingga sekolah harus survive dan menciptakan Competitive Advantage agar mampu bersaing melawan kompetitor yang ada. 2. Hasil Observasi Pengembangan kurikulum oleh sekolah dengan memberikan muatan lokal berupa keterampilan/life skill yaitu otomotif, teknisis komputer, tata boga, dan tata busana Manajemen Kepengawasan MM UGM Diknas Angkatan II 2012
  • 21. INOVASI STRATEGI 3. Usulan Inovasi: “ STRATEGI DIFFERENSIASI DENGAN MELAKUKAN ADOPSI SISTEM SMK “ • Memberikan mata pelajaran muatan lokal Kewirausahaan pada siswa sebagai bekal entrepreneurship • Membentuk wadah BKK (Bursa Kerja Khusus) sebagai fasilitator pemasaran lulusan sekolah dengan penanggungjawab Humas dan guru BK • Membakukan kurikulum implementasi yang diketahui oleh Dinas Pendidikan • Membuat sebuah modul untuk kurikulum yang termodifikasi • Bekerjasama dengan SMK terdekat dan mendatangkan mentor BLPT untuk men-training guru keterampilan Manajemen Kepengawasan MM UGM Diknas Angkatan II 2012
  • 22. INOVASI PRODUK 1. Latar Belakang SMAN 1 Patuk merupakan sekolah pinggiran dengan input siswa yang banyak mempunyai bakat terutama dalam bidang seni seperti seni tari, seni campursari, seni kaligrafi, topeng, batik dan lainya. 2. Hasil Observasi Sekolah mengembangkan bakat siswa dalam bidang seni melalui mata pelajaran kesenian dan estrakurikuler yang kemudian hasil kreasi siswa tersebut ditampilkan dalam gelar karya saat acara Purna Siswa. Disamping itu adanya kerajinan topeng di Bubung yang sudah diekspor Manajemen Kepengawasan MM UGM Diknas Angkatan II 2012
  • 23. INOVASI PRODUK DEFINISI : Talent Pool Management merupakan sebuah proses untuk mengidentifikasi para karyawan perusahaan yang memiliki kapabilitas untuk menjadi futureleaders/senior managers. Dalam organisasi sekolah khususnya SMA 1 Patuk merupakan proses identifikasi siswa, guru maupun karyawan yang memiliki kapabilitas/bakat seni untuk menjadi seorang entertaint. LANGKAH-LANGKAH YANG DILAKUKAN • Mengidentifikasi kemampuan apa yang penting untuk mendukung keberhasilan organisasi secara jangka panjang? • Melihat posisi-posisi apa yang kritikal dalam organisasi yang dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan atau kompetensi • Mengidentifikasi orang-orang yang potensial untuk dikembangkan mengemban peran dan tanggung jawab posisi kritikal tadi • Menyusun dan menyiapkan program pengembangan khusus bagi calon pemimpin masa depan yang ada dalam talent pool tersebut Sumber : Manajemen Kepengawasan MM UGM Diknas Angkatan II 2012

Usulan Inovasi: “ TALENT POOL UNTUK MENCIPTAKAN COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE “ • Membuat talent pool yang berisikan kumpulan dari siswa-siswa yang berbakat dalam bidang seni, DENGAN NAMA SMATUPA ART COMMUNITIES. • Manfaat dibentuknya talent pool antara lain:  Secara akademis >> anak-anak yang mempunyai bakat, dimanajemeni untuk disalurkan bakatnya dalam lomba-lomba dan prestasi agar mempunyai prestasi dan bisa masuk PTN dengan beasiswa prestasi atau beasiswa minat bakat  Secara kewirausahaan >> dikelola sekolah agar anak-anak berbakat seni tersebut bisa menjadi entertainer yang menjual dengan harapan ketika lulus sudah memiliki link dengan pihak eksternal • Implementasi : Dikelola oleh guru kesenian, pembina ekstra kurikuler dan humas sebagai fasilitator pemasaran
  • 25. INOVASI PELAYANAN 1. Latar Belakang SMAN 1 Patuk mendapat bantuan server dari BTKP Prop.DIY yang belum optimal digunakan, sehingga dalam usulan inovasi ini kami mengajukan untuk mengembangkannya untuk menyatukan fungsi2 dalam organisasi sekolah sehingga menjadi terintegrasi sehingga akses data menjadi mudah diakses. Good Collaboration 2. Hasil Observasi Keterbatasan sumberdaya yang mengelola sistem informasi sementara jaringan infrastruktur sudah ada. Data-data dalam fungsi-fungsi organisasi masih parsial sehingga untuk mendapatkan data harus menghubungi bagian-bagian tersebut.

Usulan Inovasi: SISTEM INFORMASI MANAGEMEN TERINTEGRASI SEBAGAI WUJUD PELAYANAN MENUJU KEPUASAN PELANGGAN Good Collaboration • Mengangkat admin yang diberi SK dan menyiapkan anggaran dengan memanfaatkan alumni • Membenahi jaringan yang sudah ada kemudian mengintegrasikan pada fungsi kepala sekolah, TU, kurikulum, perpustakaan, Humas dan BKK, BP, Kesiswaan dan Sarpras.

  • 28. Peran KEPALA SEKOLAH dan GURU PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH Memfasilitasi inovasi dengan cara mengeluarkan kebijakan/ regulasi yang mendukung inovasi. Contoh : • Mengatur melalui SK / peraturan tentang reward bagi guru dan siswa yang melakukan inovasi • Mengirimkan guru-guru untuk diklat, workshop yang mendukung konten inovasi

Peran KEPALA SEKOLAH dan GURU PERAN GURU • Mengorelasikan mata pelajaran tertentu dengan entrepreneurship, selain ada mata pelajaran KWU • Ikut serta sebagai marketer bagi sekolah kepada masyarakat, dengan pertimbangan bahwa disekolah ada “Art Communities” yang menjual • Melakukan persiapan yang mendukung proses inovasi, melalui materi, diklat, workshop • dll
  • 30. PENUTUP 1. Untuk melakukan sebuah inovasi, kita harus berpikir out of the box 2. Jangan terpaku pada ketatnya peraturan dan birokrasi yang akan menghambat munculnya sebuah inovasi tetapi dapat mengubah tekanan menjadi suatu kekuatan untuk berinovasi Matur Nuwun
