Led the company in measureable effectiveness.<br />Installed of expanded lead and lag metrics dashboard providing visibility to key departmental goals, resulting in improvements  in time-to-hire and cost per hire.<br />Reduced cost per hire from $3,000 + to $1,100 year-to-year<br />Assumed operation of the Supplemental Staffing operations, (250+ float pool employees), and merged this “temp” staffing operation with recruiting.  Increased ASAP fill rates by 50%.<br />Reduced agency fee for direct hire by $300,000 year-to-year.<br />Improved quality of hire by installing Hogan Assessments as a tool to assist in the evaluation of Director level candidates.
