Jeffery David Whippo Shares That Employee
Motivation Assessment Can Be Done With the
Use of Questionnaires
Jeffery David Whippo shares tips on how to measure motivation. Being an
expert in leadership development, he believes that motivation is a complex
concept but it is what drives loyalty. It can best be approached as a leader.
Talking about motivation, it refers to different steps with unique aspects
and a progressively strong impact on loyalty and ultimately the
profitability of the company.
He further states that measuring motivation in the workplace is most
effectively done with the help of human resource metrics. Using unbiased,
objective data ensures that employees are fairly evaluated on their actual
job performance. Inviting feedback from employees can measure current
levels of motivation.
According to Jeffery D Whippo, assessing employee motivation helps
employers identify and reward employees who understand the goals of the
organization. He further believes that productivity increases when workers
at all levels of the organization feel motivated and engaged in meaningful
work that adds value.
Jeffery considers the fact that employee motivation assessment can be done
with the use of questionnaires that measure such variables as commitment
to goals, interest in promotion, job satisfaction, and plans to remain with
the company.
Jeffery David Whippo believes that motivation can result from the
interaction of both conscious and unconscious factors such as the intensity
of desire or need, the incentive or reward value of the goal, and the
expectations of the individual as well as their peers can all be factors in
motivation.

Being an expert in leadership development, he believes that motivation is a complex concept but it is what drives loyalty. It can best be approached as a leader. Talking about motivation, it refers to different steps with unique aspects and a progressively strong impact on loyalty and ultimately the profitability of the company. He further states that measuring motivation in the workplace is most effectively done with the help of human resource metrics. Using unbiased, objective data ensures that employees are fairly evaluated on their actual job performance. Inviting feedback from employees can measure current levels of motivation.
