The Global Game Accelerator is a 3 month program that provides mentoring, seminars, playtesting, and pitch opportunities to help 7-10 selected game development teams. It connects teams with over 70 mentors from companies worth over $100 billion total. Throughout the program, teams receive 1-1 mentorship, participate in weekly seminars, pitch their games twice a month, and go on instructional trips. At the end, teams pitch their games at Demo Days in multiple cities. The Accelerator has supported 28 teams total with a portfolio of 27 studios, 100% still operating, that have received over $1.5 million in follow up investment.
