I´ve been working with CRM and customer focused projects and programs since 2000 inprojects for industries like telecommunications, pharma, and product goods,Brazil and Latin America Along the last15 years, in the pharmaceutical industry, main deliveries along this time included the Customer Startegy plan implementation for all 10 affiliates of Roche in Latin America, Multichannel and patient oriented initatives management at MSD and the startup of Pfiozer Brazil MCM operations. Currently leading a 40+ people teamto procucehealthcare content and projects for customer and patients.Published a few articles and books, and gave speeches from time to time for many companies and institutions
