7. I fondi Ingenium
capital (Short term goal);
stage (Long term goal).
investimenti e delle modalità di Exit;
orientata alla massimizzazione dell’investimento;
o Gli Investimenti dovrebbero conciliare strategie pubbliche
(sviluppo regionale, avvio di nuove imprese innovative,
sostegno all’innovazione) con obiettivi privati (il profitto!!);
monitoraggio.

Hinweis der Redaktion
The level of information concerning the team is not really high at this level but a first evaluation of the background and expertise in carrying on the business can be made. Concerning the team what it is important also understand, since the beginning, is its level of readiness in accepting an new investor by dedicated assessment tool.
In this phase, starting from the information provided in the business plan and a very quick desk analysis, you must identify if there are market opportunities or not in terms of size, trends, barriers and feasibility of the proposed business model. The in-dept analysis will be done in the next step.
Investors are interested in promising products and/or innovative technologies that fulfill a need in the market. The technology assessment means the identification of the main competitive advantages of the product/service for reaching the market, and the presence of intellectual property rights within the company (or the opportunity to have them in the near future) is a key element for investors, mitigating their risk.
To attract investors, the company should provide financial forecasts for the short as well as the mid-long term, outlining when the break even point will be reached, and how the costs build up. By means of projected asset creation the company should make clear in what way and to what extent its value will grow. Dealing with start ups, the financial issues are very uncertainty
