3. Description I Super Super Soaker is a clear plastic device filled with water and small explosive charge which, when parted, generates a thin sheet of water sprayed white.

4. Description II It was developed at Sandia National Laboratories in New Mexico. It wascalled “liquid sheet”. Invented by : Steve Todd, an engineer with extensive experience in the fight against the Navy. Chance Hughs ,an ex-navy seal and explosives-expert. Juan Carlos Jakaboski, an engineer.
