AmeraTex Energy Inc. is a privately owned, independent oil exploration company. AmeraTex Energy’s primary objective is to develop underdeveloped oil fields in Clinton County Kentucky. Additionally, we will to seek out additional areas for development efforts including, North Central Tennessee, East Texas and North West Ohio, with proven oil reserves. Currently AmeraTex has leased nearly 6500 acres in which to develop. With a combined 70+ year’s experience, we have learned to benefit from the rewards of the oil industry by avoiding the pitfalls.
