subconscious mind. Meditation helps to still the mind and
in this state of mind, your brain becomes more receptive
and you can implant whatever you want to “implant”
into the mind.
8. Visualizations
• Is the Technique of reprogramming the subconscious
mind involves focusing on mental images in order to
achieve a particular goal. Subconscious mind responds
well to pictures. So visualization is a great way to
program your mind with positive and empowering
images. Try spending 15-20 minutes a day on visualizing
positive scenes that feature you and also your life
experiences.
