Importing clips into the adobe premiere software,
cropping the length of each individual clips.
Increasing the size of the mobile footage clips, this
was done by using the motion video effect ‘’scale’’.
This allows the videos to be enlarged so that they
aren’t all a variety as sizes, if they were all different
sizes it would look extremely unprofessional.
Adding a noise and grain effect to some of the
clips – this enhances the themes of memories as
it makes the clips look vintage, out of focus and
quire bad quality – although that is the effect in
which we wanted to create.
Adding a soft edged border to some of the clips,
again this effect was so that the videos seemed
quite bad quality and this also emphasised the
videos are set in the past.
Syncing the performance part of the video to the
music. We played the music so that our artist was
able to lip-sync well and in time, to then sync it to
the video track was quite simplistic we just had to
adjust the soundwaves off each audio clip together.
This gave a professional look to the video and the
music and lip-syncing were in time.
