Cellular backhaul is a bottleneck for Cellco’s.
If there is no cable company or fiber provider

towers, cellco’s are left with building fiber
or paying for expensive special access.
White Spaces is unlicensed and can blast

budget for backhaul and limited
competitors, White Spaces radio vendors
may have their first and most significant
