Compensation Plan
Retail Sales allow you, the Distributor, to earn income by purchasing
product at the wholesale price and then selling it at the retail price.
Retail Sales Profits can be earned on the difference between the wholesale
and the retail price that your Retail Customers pay when they order products
directly from Zija. You do not need to be Active or Qualified to earn profits
from sales made to your Retail Customers.
Retail Commissions can be earned on up to 25% of all PV of your Personally
Sponsored Retail and Preferred Customer purchases by being Qualified, and
at least Active 75.
Preferred Customer Benefit allows your Customers who enroll in our
AutoShip Program up to an 18% discount on the retail price by purchasing
product at the wholesale price.
When your Personally Sponsored Distributors or Preferred Customer place a
first-time order of Zija products, and if you are a Qualified, Active 75 Distributor,
you can earn a one-time-only FOB of 10% of the total PV (up to a maximum
of $100); a Qualified, Active 150 Distributor can earn a one-time-only FOB
of 20% of the total PV (up to a maximum of $200).* Your Active level is
determined by the amount purchased in PV the previous Period.
If you are not Qualified in the Cycle in which the first order is placed, you will
have the following three Cycles to become Qualified in order to earn the FOB.â
*Must be a T.E.A.M 250 Member to increase FOB cap from $100 to $200. Refer to
the T.E.A.M 250 Program document for complete rules and information.
â FOB is paid on the first Volume Order within the first 30 days
Building your Zija International business comes with its own benefits. If you
are a Qualified, Active 150 Distributor, you are eligible for a Builder Bonus
by both enrolling new Distributors and by helping your Personally Enrolled
Distributors achieve a higher rank.
Enroller Builder Bonus (EBB)
As an Enroller, each time you personally sponsor two (2) new Distributors
with an initial order of at least 250 PV and a 150 PV AutoShip, you earn a
$50 Enroller Builder Bonus, provided both do so within the same Period.

Sponsor Builder Bonus (SBB)
As a Sponsor, the first time one of your Personally Enrolled Distributors
achieves a new rank (Builder to Builder 1000) within 28 days of enrollment,
you can earn a one-time Sponsor Builder Bonus. If they achieve Builder, you
get $25; Builder 500, you get $50; Builder 1000, you get $100!

Personal Volume Order Rebate (VOR)
When your PV exceeds 250 in any Commission Period, and you are Qualified
and at least Active 75, you will receive up to a 10% personal rebate on your
PV greater than 250.
Sponsor Volume Order Rebate (SVOR)
When someone youâve personally sponsored orders more than 250 PV in
any Commission Period, and you are Qualified and Active 75, you will re-
ceive a 5% bonus on the Volume greater than 250; if you are Qualified and
Active 150, you will receive a 10% bonus on the Volume greater than 250.
New enrollee initial orders are not included in VORs or SVORs.
Your Active Level is determined by the amount purchased in PV the previous Period.
Team Commissions are the backbone of the Zija Compensation Plan, and
you can benefit greatly based upon the Volume in your Downline.
The Team Commissions portion of the Compensation Plan is binary. Our binary
plan means that you will have the benefit of being placed in one of two legs
(left or right) in your Sponsorâs group. You will then be compensated based on
successfully building two legs of your own. Your Sponsor and Upline may also
place people in your Downline. These people will count towards your team
commissions and rank qualification.
Understanding Team Commissions:
If you and your two Personally Sponsored Distributors or Preferred Customers
are Active 75 or greater, you will have earned the rank of Builder and will be
eligible to receive 10% to 15% in Team Commissions.* Your first two Personally
Sponsored Distributors or Preferred Customers do not need to be on separate
legs. They can both be on either the right or left leg.

Compensation Plan
In this example, YOU are Active 150. You are also Qualified because you have a Personally Sponsored Distribu-
tor on your left leg who is Active 150, and a Personally Sponsored Distributor on your right leg who is Active 75;
therefore, because you personally enrolled with 500 or 1000 PV, you are eligible for up to 15% in Team Commis-
sions for 3 or 6 Periods.
In this example it equates to $75 (15% of 500 GV).

Compensation Plan
Team Commissions are earned on your lesser Volume leg and begin at 500
accumulated GV (Group Volume) on this leg, and on every 100 points thereafter.
All unpaid team Volume carries over each Cycle, as long as you remain an Active
75. For Team Commissions to be paid in subsequent Cycles, there must be a
minimum of 500 accumulated GV in your lesser leg. Team Commissions will be
paid up to $10,000 per Cycle, per Business Center.
*You must be Active 150 to receive 15%.
LCM allows you to earn commissions based on Distributors that you personally
sponsor, the Distributors they personally sponsor, and so on, through potentially 8
generations of Leaders in your Personal Enrollment Tree. Because there is no limit
to the number of Distributors that you can personally sponsor, there is no limit to
the number of Personal Enrollment Tree Legs that you can have. In other words,
you have unlimited width. Your depth depends on your pay rank.
LCM begins when you achieve Emerald Executive rank, and is paid up
to 4 generations. Diamond Executives (Diamond, Double Diamond, Triple
Diamond, and Black Diamond) will be paid up to 5 generations. Diamond
Elites (Diamond Elite, Double Diamond Elite, and Triple Diamond Elite) will
be paid up to 6 generations. Crowne Diamond Elites (Crowne Diamond
Elite, Double Crowne Diamond Elite and Triple Crowne Diamond Elite) will
be paid up to 7 generations. A generation ends when a leader is found
(Bronze or above), regardless of depth. You must be at least Active 150 to
be eligible for LCM.
LCM is paid weekly and is based on a floating percentage of Commissionable
Volume. The Team Commissions earned by Distributors in your Personal En-
rollment Tree (within the generations for which you qualify) will determine the
amount of your LCM.*
*Zija gives a 50% weekly payout of Commissionable Volume. After calculating the
various other ways of earning commissions, all remaining available commissions (up
to the 50% figure) are allocated to the LCM and then paid, along with other
earned commissions for the week. Weekly commissions from LCM cannot
exceed the Volume from your lesser Volume leg.
All references to income implied or stated through the Zija Compensation Plan are
for demonstration purposes only. Zija does NOT guarantee any level of income or
earnings to any Distributor. Earnings from the Zija Compensation Plan solely depend
on sales and each Distributorâs skill, ability, and personal application.

To maximize your earnings with the Leadership Check
Match program, you should strive to reach the highest
leadership ranks by sponsoring and supporting as many
Personal Enrollment Tree Legs as possible.

Compensation Plan
We pay up to 4% of Commissionable Group Volume to Diamond Executives.
For each Personal Enrollment Tree Leg where there is a Qualified Bronze or
higher, Diamonds and above earn points in the Diamond Pool. The more qualifying
Leadership Legs and Leaders you create, the more points you earn in the Pool.
This bonus is paid weekly, based on your earned portion of the Pool.
We pay up to 2% of Commissionable Group Volume for Diamond Elite
Executives and above. For each Personal Enrollment Tree Leg where there is
a Qualified Emerald or higher, Diamond Elites and above earn points in the
Diamond Elite Pool. The more qualifying Leadership Legs and Leaders you
create, the more points you earn in the Pool. This bonus is paid weekly, based
on your earned portion of the Pool.
The LCM, DP, DEP are subject to individual leg point caps and total payout caps.
This keeps the pools balanced so that no single Distributorship can monopolize
the pool.
As your organization expands, you can potentially benefit by adding additional
Business Centers.
With each additional Business Center, you may earn up to another $10,000
per week in Team Commissions. You will receive your second Business Center
at Triple Diamond rank, and your remaining two Business Centers at Diamond
Elite rank. You must maintain the requirements of a Triple Diamond and be
Active 150 to earn income on Multiple Business Centers. The additional
Business Center must be approved by Zija Corporate, and will be placed
directly above your original Business Center.

Quick Glossary
The Zija Compensation Plan is not fully defined within this document. If you
have questions or need clarification regarding any part of the Zija Compensation
Plan, please contact Zijaâs Customer Service Department.
PV is Personal Volume (commissionable Volume) and GV is Group Volume
(commissionable purchases in your Downline). Commissionable Volume refers to
the points assigned to products; for example, a case of SuperMix has 75 Points of
commissionable Volume. Commissions are earned on points.
VOLUME
Rank Volume is simply all of the the Volume generated by your Downline that rolls up
to your Business Center. Your rank and earning potential is derived by how much Rank
Volume you have in your lesser leg in a single Cycle. It is reset each Cycle.
RANK VOLUME
To earn commissions and bonuses, you must be Active. To be Active 75 you must
purchase a minimum of 75 PV within a Period.
ACTIVE 75
To qualify for the maximum amount of commissions and bonuses, you must be Active
150. You must purchase a minimum of 150 PV within a Period.
ACTIVE 150
You must also be Qualified to earn commissions and bonuses. This means you must
have at least two Personally Sponsored and Active Distributors or Preferred Custumers.
QUALIFIED
Everybody under your Business Center in the binary genealogy is considered your
Downline. They may be placed by you, your Upline, or Distributors under you.
YOUR DOWNLINE
Sponsor Tree Volume is Volume generated by your Personally Sponsored/Enrolled
Distributors, their Personally Sponsored/Enrolled Distributors, and so on.
SPONSOR TREE VOLUME
Your Active Level is based on your PV purchase made in the previous Period, unless you
are new, in which case it is based on your PV purchases made in the current Period. This
Active Level method is used to determine First Order Bonus (FOB), Team Commissions
(TC), Volume Order Rebate (VOR) and Sponsor Volume Order Rebate (SVOR).
ACTIVE LEVEL
Team compensation is determined by Team Volume. Team Volume is the Volume that
rolls up from your Downline after other bonuses have been paid. For example, a first
order placed in your Downline for two cases of SuperMix, with a First Order Bonus (FOB)
of 20% taken out, would generate 90 Volume Points to your Team Commissionable
Volume. As Team Commissions are paid out of 100 Volume Point intervals on any
Volume greater than 500 GV, any remaining Volume would bank over to the next Cycle.
TEAM VOLUME
AutoShip Is a convenient method of receiving your Zija Products every 28 days. AutoShip
orders will ship to you on a Monday/Tuesday at your choice.

AUTOSHIP
Your Business Center is where you are personally placed within the binary genealogy.
We may also refer to your Business Center as a position in the genealogy.
BUSINESS CENTER
Personal Enrollment Tree (or Sponsor Tree) refers to those you have personally sponsored
and those whom they have sponsored. This is a unilevel-type tree.
PERSONAL ENROLLMENT TREE
Builder 500 Legs are Personally Sponsored Trees with a Builder 500. Starting with the
âLeadershipâ ranks, you will need to have Active and Qualified Builder 500s to achieve
these ranks. (Please see the last page for the respective ranks and their qualifications).
This simply means that each one of your Personally Sponsored Distributors is the start
of a specific leg. Each leg can contribute only 1 Builder 500 to your rank advancement.
