The session will showcase how Thomas Jefferson automates the load of its PeopleSoft GL data eight times a day via a process across six business entities. The process is "lights-out" automation and runs based on the availability of file(s). The process automation uses EPM Automate, Data Management REST API, and custom PowerShell utilities that provide automation which starts with availability of file(s) and culminates in sending email communication to the business user with exceptions handling.
