Here are the information regarding each permission:
PHOTOS/MEDIA/FILES: The application will determine the default location to be
installed on your phone. The application does NOT retrieve information from your
phone.
STORAGE: Same as Photos/Media/Files, the application will determine the type of
storage which is default to be installed like SD card or internal.
OTHER: The application asks permissions regarding network connections and
network access but do NOT use these functionalities at all. The application can
set wallpaper on your device obviously and finally, the application uses the
vibration because it vibrates your device when you set a wallpaper.
