Alfie & Hetty's is an iconic restaurant located in one of Glebe's Heritage Listed buildings along Glebe Point Road. The restaurant provides modern Australian fare fused with traditional European and Mediterranean influenced cuisine and is considered one of the inner west's must visit dining locations. This project was taken on as a retirement venture with my partner but has demanded much more attention than we initially expected. Since acquiring the business, we have turned the restaurant into a profitable and respectable dining venue for those in the CBD, and around the inner west.
