I'm passionate about building great teams, learning new technology and solving real world problems. I'm a Chartered Engineer with the IET, Chartered Manager with the CMI, and a Snowflaker. An astrophysicist by training I started my career in BAE Systems as a software and systems engineer, in fact my code is running on ships and submarines across the world. Throughout, I have always had a soft spot for geo data and business ideas. I learn fast, pitch, build trust, create plans, communicate and lead.
