Working with embedded systems for over 15 years I have worked with Linux systems as small as IoT devices and as large as video streaming servers. From early VoIP startups, to global machine-to-machine and IoT players, I have enjoyed hacking the Linux kernel and bare metal operating systems, developing drivers for new hardware and delivering reliable real-time multimedia on multi core Linux systems (before Linux became serious about real time). Successful projects need strong teams. I have lead small highly specialized dedicated teams, but I have also worked with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, both as Scrum Master and developer.
