STATE POLICY Lessons learned from Amendment 37 ( 10% by 2015) in 2004, there were between 50 and 100 solar companies doing business in Colorado ‐ primarily driven by off grid mountain homes and early adopters. No manufactors. Today, due to the aggressive standards and policies in Colorado, there are more than 400 solar companies in the state. At least 4 solar manufactures.
