Recommendations Items to nurture developing professionals Discussion about culture (what is culture; e.g. what is white culture?) Discussion around ethnic/culture background impacting communication and prejudice Provide or encourage students to interact with others different than themselves Discussion about understanding self, before attempting to understand others
Reflection regarding the process Would have a committee work on the design of the survey Would have more open-ended questions Would have more follow-up questions Would ask students to rate their experiences standing up against racism or oppression
