3. This is laboratory technique combining
reverse transcription of RNA to cDNA using
reverse transcriptase and amplification of
specific DNA targets using PCR.
The first involves including the reverse
transcriptase step in the same tube as
the PCR reaction(one step). The second
method involves creating complementary
DNA first by means of separate reverse
transcription reaction and then adding
the cDNA to the PCR reaction(two step)
