8. Machu Picchu Presentation Follow the instructions on the worksheet telling you what you need to include in your presentation. Create a new Powerpoint file and save it in your student folder. We have this lesson, next lesson and a homework to get this presentation completed and posted onto our blogs.

For example: So that the Incas would be able to defend themselves; As a retreat (hideaway) for the Inca royal family; As a pilgrimage site where Incas could go to worship nature; As a trading centre. 11. Posting your presentation onto your blog 1. In order to post a presentation on your blog you will have to set-up an account with www.slideshare.net. 2. Click on âsign upâand fill in the details.-write them down-donât forget them! 3. When you have set up an account, log in and click on âuploadâ and follow the instructions to upload your Powerpoint file. This may take a few minutes to upload. 4. While it is uploading, open a new web-browser and login to you blog. 5. Once your presentation has uploaded, click on it. When it has loaded, at the bottom click on âmore share optionsâ, then click on âBloggerâ. 6. Fill in your blog username, the blog address and your blog password. Then click on âpostâ.Your presentation should now appear on your blog. 7. You can now view your very own blog!-click âView blogâ. You can customise it in any way you want and it can be visited from all over the world!
