Leap into Life is a leadership development
program consisting of:
An individual intake in 3 steps
Contracting with the employer
Two days with the local group; European / African
Ten days learning journey in Africa
Individual coaching during and after the learning
journey
One harvesting day with the local group
Individual check out with participant and employer
