On a global scale the challenges we face
   today cannot sufficiently be resolved
   with solutions that worked in the
   past
On national, local and
   community/company level is a
   growing need for healthy
   development of the (working)
   community
Individuals standing up to take action in
   their local setting , (company-
   community) need to connect and
   exchange to increase capacity and
   personal mastery

How do we Leap into Life?
Leap into Life is a leadership development
  program consisting of:

An individual intake in 3 steps
Contracting with the employer
Two days with the local group; European / African
Ten days learning journey in Africa
Individual coaching during and after the learning
   journey
One harvesting day with the local group
Individual check out with participant and employer
