1. Purpose of the Role
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
Asst. Manager – Brand & Communication – This position is responsible of handling 4 major
verticals for the brand. Banding (ATL + BTL+ Research and others), Digital Marketing, Internal
+ Sales force Comm. & CSR

• Monthly brochures and product promotions (consumer & salesforce)
• Digital Marketing activities and reporting/Social Media (APAC Level)
• Campaign maintenance (ATL+BTL)
• CSR Report

Essential job functions:
Judgement during the job is required both on scale of qualitative and quantitative.
Qualitative – Creative elements for brand, Agency management and campaign reasoning and guidelines
Quantitative – Budgeting, Reporting, Research, Digital Marketing and implementation, Alliances and
partnership deals, Sponsorships, others

Multi- tasking capabilities with understanding of the priority in KRA has been very helpful to perform
multiple responsibilities successfully. I have been aggressive with respect to time lines and work
distribution and check-ups. Relationship development has helped me to sail through thin timelines and

promotions, activations, etc
• NGOs – registered NGOs plan and execution, budgeting, on ground activations, promotions, etc
• Production Houses – monthly collaterals, videos for demo/events/ trade shows, etc.
• Photographers – shoots for monthly and quarterly collaterals, interviews, profiling, PR stories,
etc
• Model Co-coordinators – monthly shoots, product demos, events, etc
• Couriers and Transportation – coordination with regional teams monthly, dispatches, special
requirements for events, etc.

No, as the job responsibilities are on shared basis within the team, each member is
responsible for its responsibilities

A few responsibilities are reversible, however most of the responsibilities are not, especially
responsibilities related to budgets, negotiations, creative execution, creative thought like product shoots,
layouts, POV, etc.
