2. Include as part of leadership performance review a measurable goals to show there is
replication of self as a leader
3. Provide certain high visible task to protégé when on vacation and trust them to do it
(Give time to develop to their full potential)
4. Use the power of delegation to earn trust (Nobody as all the answers, trust and delegate
on purpose)
5. Constantly have an effective vision communication plan (Make the vision visible
throughout organization)
