A bullet journal is a customizable notebook system that organizes tasks, schedules, reminders and notes. It allows the user to design their own layout including key symbols, an index of pages, and calendars. Example pages that can be included are expenses, TV shows to watch, books to read, self-care activities and more. The journal is personal and the user can be creative in designing it to fit their needs.

What is a bullet Journal?
3. You can customize your journal to fit your life. The
following slides will show some examples of pages you
can include in your journal.
For the key page you will create
symbols that you will use
throughout your journal. Such as a
triangle to represent an
appointment you may have a star
could represent something
important. It's up to you.
You Can Start with a KEY page.
4. Index would be next.
The index will tell you what
pages certain items are in your journal. You can
continue to add to your index as days and months
go on.
5. Once these two things are done you can
start working on your calendar.
You can create a monthly calendar and then
create a weekly calendar that works for you.
Several examples will be provided.
