areas of manufacturing - Drill pipe manufacturing (USD 200 mn. project) and Global Chemical Factory (USD 100 mn. project)
in UAE.
Key responsibilities - project funding, managed fund flows & banking relationship, established and recruited finance & admin
team, established various corporate policies, handled regulatory framework at Abu Dhabi free zone, planning procurement of
plant & machineries to get max tax benefits & other subsidies, formulation of capitalization policies for assets as per IFRS &
IAS etc.
 Acquisition and Liquidation: Implemented key business strategies based on corporate goals and planning; played a vital
role in the sale of Almansoori's Wireline business in Thailand; proficiently managed cash flow (USD 75 mn.); understand
double taxation treaty with UAE and Thailand and managed tax prudently; key member in forming JV by acquiring Lee
Specialist Middle East & Micoda.
 Feasibility studies and Finance Models: Preparation of projects reports, finance models, application of capital budgeting

 Corporate Presentations: Preparing various board presentations, formulating and providing segmental reports, analysis and

 Group Consolidation and Audits: Practical experience of group consolidation, budget and cash flow. Responsible for

 Facilitating expert advice and decision-support to SVPs, VPs and EMTs of the Projects departments on matters relating to

 Efficiently addressing all queries related to all ZADCO brown field and ET projects with the accountability of driving system
improvement and awareness sessions to various operational teams.
 Supporting and understanding the budget requirement of various BRFP and ET cost engineers by maintaining effective

 Providing Audits support and should be aware of the latest IRFS Accounting standards, as company books are audited based

 Reviewing all purchase requisitions raised by various departments by using MAXIMO, developing and presenting shareholder

 Monitoring capital and operating expense through ensuring project Authorization of expense (AFE’s) is approved by higher

 Instrumentally approving Call of order and Service orders against each project, ensuring at any point in time commitment is

 Making significant efforts in driving change in the Basis of Milestone accruals complying with the IFRS standards.

 Supervised a Team of 12 employees working as accountants and senior accountants to manage monthly group MIS reporting,
budgeting, corporate recharges, BOD presentations, group audits, consolidations, maintaining partners account, corporate
planning/forecasting and credit control, group cash flow monitoring and preparing the norms for Division Manager bonus.
 Accelerated the month end closing process Prepared and presented Board reports on company P&L and the cash flow,
managed one of the Key department KPI, utilized the monthly consolidation workings to prepare the board report .
 Provided numerous ratios to board for their easy understanding of financial results, including debt to equity ratio, EBITDA
