1. Table Pigeon Pose
Step 1: Place your right leg
on table and bend your knee
at a 90 degrees angle.
Step 2: Hold on the table for
support.
Step 3: Lean forward and
hold the position for about
30 seconds. You should feel
a stretch on your glutes.
Repeat with other leg.

2. "I Wanna Kiss My Knee"
Stretch
Step 1: Sit all the way back
into the chair.
Step 2: Straighten both of
your legs.
Step 3: Raise your right leg,
bend it at the knee and push
it towards your chest.
Step 4: Hug your leg at your
chest level and hold it. You
should feel a stretch at your
glutes. Repeat with other
leg.
