organizing information. Databases can store

• A database is a collection of table. Instead of
placing related data in a single table,
database allows you to separate them into
different tables that may be merged together

• A Primary key is a unique data
that is identifies each record in a
table. Just like an ID number in
your identification or
membership card, each record

• foreign key is a relationship or link
between two tables which ensures that

• The foreign key link is set up by matching
columns in one table (the child) to the
primary key columns in another table
(the parent).
