9. Brand: The positioning and perception of AIESEC Vietnam within the
external market (student & corporate)
Talent capacity: Our total membership capacity and mindset, and the
individual capacity of our members/leaders to drive the achievement of
AIESEC 2015.
Governance & Management: The way in which AIESEC Vietnam is run,
including all planning, reporting and analysis systems.
Customers & Partners: Our quality, quantity and diversity of our
engagement with the external world. Includes our sales capacity and
alumni connection.
Finance & Legal: Our financial sustainability and legal compliance
IT & Infrastructure: The quality (or existence) of our IT systems and
infrastructure that we need to support our growing operations.

Functional Visit
• Objective: EB candidates have chance to
understand about LC by interacting with
current EB team.
• Delegates: all EB candidates (suggested)
• Timeline: fixed for each function depends on
EB’s available time from Nov 5 – Nov 17.
