Of democracy = 3 main bodies in admin sy. 2.They are executive, legislative and judiciary 3.We have constitutional monarchy. 4.Rights of rulers are specified in Constitution. 5.Federal laws are made in Parliament-approval by DYMM 6.State level laws –approval by Sultans or YDP Negeri 7.Court =to safeguard peace and harmony of nation,independent,neutral and own jurisdiction. 8.We practise distribution of power=sharing of power between central & state govt. 9.Election = part of democratic sy. =allows people to have official channel to voice feelings regarding leadership of nation. 10.General election = held latest 5 years 11.Election commission = independent and non-aligned body- administers election 12.House of Representatives = representatives of people- PM is appointed among them. 13.State level- CM or MB appointed among members of State Legislative Assembly. 14. The Senate =highest body in country and appointment of senators based on Constitution.
