PROCASUR IN ASIA AND THE PACIFIC The Procasur Corporation is a not-for profit organisation, which has implemented 80 Learning Route Programmes in 25 different countries throughout Latin America, Africa, Asia and the Pacific. The Learning Route is a powerful building tool used in rural development. It is an innovative journey,based on the idea that successful solutions are already present within these rural areas. This programme uses the full and essential participation of all stakeholders and the sharing and integration of knowledge. Knowledge, that is accumulated from the people; about local knowledge, personal experiences and the most useful practices in the field. This effective method
