explosión de marcas personales.
Son profesionales que adquieren
visibilidad y clientes al margen de la
empresa que les paga la nómina, o
ellos mismos son su propia empresa.
Esta tendencia cambiará las reglas del
juego en el mercado de profesionales.
#8 Cada día se requiere menos
presencialidad para más tipos de
trabajo. Y en consecuencia, los
modelos de oficina, de transporte y de
ciudad se van quedando obsoletos. Lo
que plantea incontables
oportunidades para la innovación.
#9 El paro es un fenómeno local que
se puede trascender con fórmulas no
presenciales, como trabajar para una
empresa de otro país desde tu propia
«ofi-casa» y coordinarte con ellos
online. Pero hay que aprender
idiomas, saltarse las franjas horarias y,
sobre todo, cambiar de chip.
#10 Como todos estos fenómenos
están desmontando las jerarquías,
bajando el centro de gravedad de las
organizaciones y desplegando
modelos de colaboración y
