foods? Does it fit your lifestyle
and budget? Does it include
proper amounts of nutrients
and calories to help you lose
weight safely and effectively?
Is regular physical activity part
of the plan? These are the
questions that can help you in
making a diet plan.
Dieting is a kind of balancing
act. So in making a diet plan, you
should gradually reduce first your
fad foods that can add in counting
your carbs in your body. Always
bear in mind that weight loss
comes down to burning more
calories that you take in through
undergoing such physical
activities. Understanding the
equation is the very first activity
