1. Institutional Order Management [IoM]
Institutional order Management a smartly devised product by Greeksoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd; caters to
the need of Institutional desk to serve their client in a better and accurate way.

history among the traders community. Keeping in sight the vital needs of Institutional Desk to manage
client order entry, order release, order slicing, easy order & trade history bifurcation and to eradicate
manual errors; Greek IoM has such multiple built-in facilities to uplift the service standards for traders &
satisfaction benchmark for clients.
Listed here are the steps/user guidance to login and access to multiple facilities of Greek IoM.

Access to IoM or IO Management can be done through ORDER ---> IO Management --->Login as shown;
Or the user can activate the IoM window through Shortcut Key – Ctrl + I and login with appropriate
user Id and password. User will have three attempts to login with a correct password or else the user
will be locked and login restricted.

2. >>>>>>>>>> Order Entry Input [Simple Buy or Sell]
Users can create an Order Entry Input for a particular client along with client & member Id with below
Shortcuts keys
--> Ctrl + 1 – IoM Buy Order Input Entry
--> Ctrl + 2 – IoM Sell Order Input Entry
>>>>>>>>>> Spread Order Entry Input
--> Ctrl + 3 – IoM Spread Sell & Buy Order Input Entry.
--> Ctrl + 4 – IoM Spread Buy & Sell Order Input Entry
Useful Info: - User can also activate spread order entry through Ctrl +1 and Ctrl + 2 if the cursor within the market watch
window in on the intended spread contract or else the user can opt for above functions.

3. >>>>>>> Foreign Currency Conversion Functionality
To address the rising need from Institutional traders catering to foreign clients for conversion of
investable Foreign Currency Amount. We have built in foreign currency conversion facilities within the
IoM Order Entry Window.
Suppose a trader receives a client order to purchase equity shares of SBI for USD 1 Million at the current
price of INR 2170.00 whereby the ongoing USD/INR rate is 55.00. Assuming trader is left with only last
few minutes of trading. The whole exercise of converting the USD 1 Million into INR terms and then
calculating the number of equity shares that purchased with resultant amount will consume enormous
critical trading time.
Whereas with Greeksoft IoM the user just needs to input the USD investable figure and ongoing
conversion rate i.e. USD 1 Million and 55.00 respectively as illustrated below and the application will
calculate the number of shares that can be purchased on clicking the Calc. Qty button as highlighted
below.
Useful Info :- To enable the conversion facilities user has to mention the zero (0) within the Total Lot / Total Qty column and
fill in the value fig($) and Conv. Rate column with appropriate values.

4. >>>>>>>>>> Salient Features of IOM window [Ctrl + I]
- > All the Order Entry Input will be reflected within the IoM window along with details and order status i.e. pending or
completed.
- > For a particular active(selected) order, user can view vital details such as Average Traded Price, Trade Value, Traded Qty,
Remaining Qty, etc within the below provided tabs.
- > For a particular active order, users can view IoM trades, IoM Pending orders as well as direct trades for the said security or
all direct trades irrespective of the securities traded through below tabs.

5. >>> IOM Order Functionality
- > To assist user to perform various functions with respect to IoM order such as release, modify, hold/cancel, etc user can call
the functionality list through right click of mouse or make use of respective shortcut keys.
Useful Info: - While releasing IoM order; user can release buy order at or below the initial order entry price and sell order at
or above the initial order entry price or else application will restrict the order release. Even though user wants to release order;
he will have to modify the Initial Order Price or other details. Example illustrated below.

6. - > Facilities to merge, extract or modify any direct /IoM trades are built-in to; so as to enable merging of
direct trades with available IoM order entry and to extract trades from IOM trades to direct trades.
- > Trade Extraction - extracted trade from IoM trades will move to Direct Trades.

7. - > Trade Merge - merged trade from direct trades will move to IoM Trades of respective active (selected) IoM order and
status of the same gets updated accordingly.
