Priyanshu has a rich civic and public service
background and served on the steering
committee responsible for the
incorporation of the Town of Cutler Bay in
Miami-Dade County in Florida. The Town of
Cutler Bay issued a proclamation in 2006 to
honor him for the work he did for the
town. Priyanshu currently serves on the
Government Affairs Committee and the
Builders-Realtors Alliance Committee at
Columbus Realtors
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Prudential
Commercial Real Estate Priyanshu
was with Cutler Real Estate and
before that he was the Director of
Columbus Park Apartments, a large
rental community in Central Ohio. His
other experience includes 10 years at
the University of Miami in Florida
where in his last position he
managed 9 PhD. programs in
Biomedical Sciences.
