programs, and workshop training for these on-the-rise executives and front
line managers. We are also ready to facilitate and deliver onsite workshops

How We Work

Our philosophy is simple. We are in business to provide you with expert,
professional marketing and communications services when you need them
and in the way that best meets your timing and budgets.


Sometimes you’ll need a strategist with whom you can think through an
approach, direction, or business plan. Other times you’ll need a hands-on
business writer who can write copy or develop a speech. Maybe you’ll need
an outside expert to coach an executive for a media event or prepare for a
presentation. Perhaps a consultant to help position your start-up or a new
initiative. Maybe you need a professional to train your employees to be more
effective communicators or speak at your next event or meeting.


Whatever the need, we follow a three-step approach to serve you:

       Set solid objectives that deliver measurable results.

       Deliver on our commitment to provide the highest quality service
        and deliverables on time and within budget.

How We Charge

At C-Suite Communications, we understand what it’s like to have so many
priorities yet limited resources to get the job done We also recognize the
value in bringing in outside expertise on select issues. We strive to make it
as easy as possible to work together in a collaborative relationship.


We offer several fee options based on duration and scope, and are always
happy to facilitate an arrangement that best suits your needs :


Retainer Basis
C-Suite Communications will commit to a specific number of hours per
week or month to a specific project or coaching need. The retainer is
based on the number of hours you wish us to devote to your needs.


Project Basis
After an initial meeting to identify your needs, C-Suite Communications will
develop a letter of agreement that outlines the project scope and fee. If the
project later exceeds the agreed-upon scope, we will most likely need to
expand the terms of the agreement.


Coaching Fees
Services are available short-term and long-term. We will work with you to
determine the need, and then establish an hourly or monthly rate.


Per-Diem
Minimum per-diem projects are one day.

How We Charge At C-Suite Communications, we understand what it’s like to have so many priorities yet limited resources to get the job done We also recognize the value in bringing in outside expertise on select issues. We strive to make it as easy as possible to work together in a collaborative relationship. We offer several fee options based on duration and scope, and are always happy to facilitate an arrangement that best suits your needs : Retainer Basis C-Suite Communications will commit to a specific number of hours per week or month to a specific project or coaching need. The retainer is based on the number of hours you wish us to devote to your needs. Project Basis After an initial meeting to identify your needs, C-Suite Communications will develop a letter of agreement that outlines the project scope and fee. If the project later exceeds the agreed-upon scope, we will most likely need to expand the terms of the agreement. Coaching Fees Services are available short-term and long-term. We will work with you to determine the need, and then establish an hourly or monthly rate. Per-Diem Minimum per-diem projects are one day. 13
