Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Harsh Rathi, CEO, was enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India in 2007 and has an experience of several years in almost every facet of the accounting, auditing
and consulting profession. He is a qualified Information Systems Auditor holding DISA awarded by
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an well versed in Accounting and Auditing
Standards, Taxation, Company Law, Audits, management consultancy, information system
audit, information system consulting, mergers and acquisitions, risk management etc. and providing
services to the wide spectrum of clientele of the firm.
CA Ankit B. Bagrecha (ACA, B.Com)
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Ankit Bagrecha, qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI and Bachelor of Commerce, leads the
operations at ACM. He has rich experience in the field of Finance & Taxation. He had served as
a Finance/ Tax Consultant at Wishtree Technologies LLP for one year. He is specialized in handling
operations of Outsource Accounting Clients.

Mr. Mudit Aniyav, qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI and Bachelor of Commerce, has
excellent analytical capability and proven ability to deliver under pressure. He had served as a Senior
Consultant (Audit & Project Finance) at Rakesh Tibdewal & Associates for two years.

Mr. Chirag Jain, qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI and Bachelor of Commerce, has worked
