1. INSTALLATION AND USAGE
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MECHANICAL POSITIVE CAM CABLE CONNECTORS
1. Trim rear of connector cover to fit cable to be used (see chart).
NOTE: Do not over trim.Cover should fit snugly.
2. Slip cover over cable.
3. Trim cable insulation back 1-3/16", exposing copper stranding.
4. Loosen ball-point screw and insert copper cable into cable hole of brass connector half.
5. Tighten ball-point screw securely(150-250 in./lbs). Head of screw should be flush with, or below, connector body.
6. Slip connector cover over brass body and install and tighten cover screw. The screw fits into the fist cover hole on
male half and into the second cover hole on female half.
