As a Group Admin, select “Manage Groups” from the
dashboard or Admin dropdown menu.

From the “Actions” dropdown menu for your group, please
select “Manage Users”.
4. Invite Users
Copy and paste user email addresses into the box pictured
below. This will send them an email with registration
instructions.
5. Invite Users
Use the Role dropdown menu to set permissions. Students
should be invited as “User” -- Teachers as “Groupadmin”.
6. Invite Users
You can also send new Users a Coupon Code link to register.
Access this via the “Actions” dropdown menu for your
group by selecting “Coupons.”

These links will take users to the appropriate registration or
login page.
The Login URL is for those who
have EasyBib accounts. This
link will take users to the login
page and will automatically fill
in the Coupon Code.
The Signup URL is for those who do
not have EasyBib accounts. This
link will take users to the Signup
page and will automatically fill in the
Coupon Code.
