Shikhaa started her career with Kaleidoscope Entertainment Pvt. Ltd
as a Creative and Production Executive, where she became an
critical part of landmark films like Maqbool and Mangal Pandey -
The Rising. Her jump to the role of a Supervising Producer at Tips
Industries Limited gave her instant recognition as she contributed
strongly to successful films like Prince, Race and Ajab Prem Ki Gajab
Kahani.

After a successful run at Tips, Shikhaa joined
Balaji Motion Pictures as the Senior Vice
President. At Balaji, Shikhaa played a vital role in
developing content driven as well as wide-
reaching cinema like like Ragini MMS, Shor in the
City, The Dirty Picture, Kyaa Super Kool Hain
Hum, Ek Thi Daayan, Shootout At Wadala,
Lootera and Main Tera Hero to name a few.

Abundantia and manages the substantial task of
fuelling the Abundantia film pipeline. Hard at work with
high-concept and much-awaited films like ‘Toilet – Ek
Prem Katha’, the movie adaptation of international
best-selling book ‘Karachi You’re Killing Me’ as well as
films with leading directors like Nishikant Kamat,
Shikhaa champions the cause of giving a springboard
to new and upcoming writing & directing talent in the
