8. Everybody loves a winner. We love to cheer others on, to
watch them persevere, train hard, achieve. We feel the
excitement and joy of their victory almost as if it was our own.
We yell, jump and scream, we hug strangers next to us, hold
up signs, buy t-shirts and hats and almost even run with
them. We celebrate, admire all their efforts, and continue to
support them even when they don’t quite make it. How do

A negative person thinks or says, “I don’t want to be late.” Or

the difference adds up over time.

Conversely, consider how your life might be

What habits would you have avoided? What would
be different? Often times people pick up negative

Overeating, for example, is often linked to
depression and unhappiness. If that depression
didn’t exist, the overeating would vanish. There
would be no need to console bad feelings with
