⢠Assist with the development, documentation and maintenance of issue resolution and support procedures for
all associated applications (including Web Server, Databases etc.).
⢠Document and maintain operational support procedures, coordinate and liaison with the 24 X 7 IT Operations
staff.
⢠Work with release management to test and migrate code through non-production environments to production.
⢠Ongoing maintenance of software including patches & fixes, upgrades and performance enhancements.
⢠Off the shelf product expert.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES / EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
⢠At least four years of experience managing business systems and web-enabled applications.
⢠At least four years of experience with Windows-based applications. Extensive knowledge of Windows OS.
⢠Strong working knowledge of the following software, languages and tools and ability to configure them in a
load-balanced environment: Windows, IIS, etc.
⢠Demonstrated knowledge of the following: Database connectivity issues, .net application architecture,
integration processes with Active Directory, TCP/IP connectivity over an Ethernet based network, and IIS web
application functionality.
⢠Understanding of LDAP and Active Directory users/groups and how to use them to secure files/applications.
⢠Understanding of high availability systems and application architecture.
⢠Strong SQL, PL/SQL skill set and performance tuning knowledge.
⢠Familiarity with Oracle Real Application Clusters and Oracle Forms and Reports.
⢠Service Oriented Architecture and Software development experience would be a plus. (Optional)
⢠BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Web Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or
other related degree.
