1. Performance date. July 2nd 2010
2. Rehearsal dates and times. We decide each group should decide their
own rehearsal time.
3. Costumes for performance. We decided it would be best if everyone
decided their own costume which would
be appropriate for their character/s in the
performance.
4. Make-up and props. We asked each performer what they
needed, listed them down and came up
with an idea to get money to buy those
props and make-up. The idea was for each
performer to put in £1 to the budget.
5. What time the performance will take place. As a team we made a decision that we
would perform at lunchtime at the school
venue so students and watch as well as
after school for families and friends.
6. Length of the show. The length is now 30mins – 45mins long
to keep it short and sweet and keep the
audience still interested at the end.
7. What other theme should be put in performance. We decided the other theme put in the
show will be dance as it gets people
excited and interested.
