Amma means mother in the Indian language of Tamil. Here i am trying to convince my mother in law to take an early retirement since she was overworked and overstressed

2. You have been a working mother for so long

3. You have dealt with little troublemakers

4. And you have dealt with slightly older ones too

5. And now those same young girls have grown up to be smart free spirited women

6. But you seem to have reached a breaking point

7. You have pension,take it now,the money given up over 5 yrs, is not worth the job stress

8. It is certainly not worth this…

9. Wouldn’t you want to grow old happy

10. One has to know when to stop to maintain balance
