The urban tribe known as the electro floggers started in Argentina in the early 2010s among teenagers aged 12 to 18. They are defined by their brightly colored, flashy clothes and unique dance style that fuses elements of different electronic dances. The floggers listen to glam rock and electronic music and come together through social media sites like Fotolog. While their numbers have declined since their peak, floggers still exist today as a subgroup focused on fashion, photography, music and dance without being aggressive or caring what others think.
