This helps our clients understand the number of “real” Class A
buildings in the Las Vegas area that would qualify as Class A in MON T H LY T RANSACT IONS:

also takes into account Lower Tier Class A office buildings the TRANSACTIONS
Las Vegas market considers Class A, but would not qualify as
Class A in Los Angeles or New York City.
