I help businesses make the most of their brands, designs and copyright (and point them in the direction of my colleagues re: patents). I am one of the few UK trade mark and design attorneys to have made "trial" advocacy a serious part of my work, which means that I also help sort out disputes about intellectual property and tend to be the one appearing on my feet in court in addition to being the one pulling together all the evidence in the office.
