Tragedies

2. What is our problem?
Children in the Middle East (places in North
Africa, Southern Europe, and Asia) are not
getting a good education because of the
Taliban. In particular, this group does not
allow girls to get any type of education at
all.

3. A young girl named Malala has been trying to
get some education in her part of the country
and she now has a plan that will help her
country get the right’s for girls and anybody to
have the right to go to school.
What is being done about this
now?

4. ● We are going to create a website to raise
awareness for this situation.
● We want to get a start on this project
by trying to make the project known
around town.
● We plan on supporting Malala in her
beliefs.
● We plan on promoting our website
Action Plan:

5. We will make a website that will help
create awareness of how children in the
Middle East do not have the same
opportunity of education like other
regions in the world. We will get a start
on this project by making our website
more known around the Quad Cities.
How are going help:

6. Why we choose to do this.
We choose to do this because we believe
that all kids should have a chance to have
an education. We think that without
education they will not have the
opportunity to get a good job. We chose
this because of Malala and would like to
help her cause.

7. What do we need for our project:
● We need people that will spread the
word around!
● We need people to give us more
information to help our cause.
● We need your support!

8. Most governments in the Middle East do
not allow their citizens the right to a good
education. This is what surprises us the
most because in the United States we all
have the choice of education.
