Scream is an American slasher film which was
released in 1996. It was written by Kevin
Williamson and directed by Wes Craven. Scream
is based around the mysterious masked villain
who is called ‘Ghostface.’ Subverting the
conventions of previous slasher films, scream was
unique at that time.
