3. ï My film would follow traditional conventions by
having antagonist and protagonist but with a
suspense and following the story with a climax and
resolution.
4. Shots and angles
I have used many wide angle shots in the beginning of
the film to explain the mis-en-scene and show the
actors as a whole these kind of shots are knowing as
establishment shots and are a common use in film
making
5. Through the film I have mainly used
the angles of the camera to maximize
the effects of lights and shadows. In
the picture at the bottom you can see
the blue tinted glass has been placed
in the frame to bring a subtle light blue
into the frame
The picture at the top shows how an interaction
between the bright light outside the window
and the shadow cast by the mother.
6. Lights
ï Dying night goes with conventional ideas by using
low-key lighting and a darker setting to bring out the
nature of the drama in the film
